RealTimeCosting(tm) is an innovation of R. Michael Morton, CEO of LandCoast, started in 2002 which would be an instrument to provide Plant Owners and Construction Managers the cost of their respective projects in Real Time.
RealTimeCosting is an important business function for Plant Owners and Construction Managers in that is allows them to make project decisions today, rather than at or towards the end of the project when it may be too late.

Designed by pcExpressWay Consulting, it’s primary construction element is Scaffolding. It can be used on any type of construction discipline.
RealTimeCosting is a two (2) part software system, Client and Server. The client system resides on our computer system on the project and as data is entered, such as inventory, work orders, employee time, it is maintained in our database. Our Supervision can then update the “Remote Server” throughout the week, giving our clients the ability to login and review their project cost in Real Time.
